Welcome to YatriCare Cab Service ("YatriCare", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Firmbeginners IT Solutions Private Limited, Godda, Jharkhand – India 814133.

By accessing or using YatriCare's website, mobile application, or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

YatriCare provides transportation-related services including:

  • Local rides
  • One-way trips
  • Round trips
  • Outstation travel
  • Airport transfers
  • Driver-assisted transportation services
  • Booking and trip management through digital platforms

YatriCare acts as a technology-enabled booking and transportation service provider.


2. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate personal information.
  • Maintain a valid mobile number for booking and communication purposes.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
  • Booking confirmation will be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the platform.
  • Fare estimates are indicative and may vary based on actual travel distance, route, waiting time, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, or other applicable charges.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Provide correct pickup and drop locations.
  • Treat drivers respectfully.
  • Follow applicable traffic and safety regulations.
  • Wear seat belts where legally required.
  • Avoid carrying prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials.

Passengers shall not:

  • Smoke inside the vehicle unless permitted by law and driver.
  • Cause damage to the vehicle.
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct.

5. Fares & Payments

  • Fares are calculated based on the selected service category and applicable pricing structure.
  • Additional charges may include:
    • Toll taxes
    • Parking fees
    • Interstate permits
    • Driver allowances (where applicable)
    • Waiting charges
  • Payment may be made through approved online payment methods or cash where available.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and service type.
  • No-show bookings may attract full or partial charges.

Driver/Company Cancellation

YatriCare reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Driver unavailability
  • Safety concerns
  • Force majeure events
  • Operational limitations

Reasonable efforts will be made to arrange alternative transportation.


7. Outstation Travel

For outstation bookings:

  • Minimum daily running kilometers may apply.
  • Driver night allowance may be applicable.
  • State taxes, permits, tolls, and parking charges are payable by the customer unless included in the package.

8. Safety & Liability

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

YatriCare shall not be liable for:

  • Lost or misplaced items
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, roadblocks, or government restrictions
  • Missed trains, flights, meetings, or events
  • Indirect or consequential losses

9. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, content, and branding associated with YatriCare remain the property of the Company.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.


11. Suspension & Termination

YatriCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of services
  • Payment disputes
  • Violation of these Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Godda, Jharkhand, India.
